For prerecorded readings, payment is required at the time of purchase and the reading will be prepared and delivered within the stated turnaround time. Once the order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded. For live/private readings and consultations, please carefully review the selected service, session length, date, and time before completing your booking. Payments are final and non-refundable.
